The International Conference on Engineering for Humanity (ICEH) is a global platform dedicated to advancing engineering solutions that create meaningful social, environmental, and humanitarian impact done. The conference brings together engineers, engineers in the making, academics, researchers, industry professionals, policymakers, and development partners to collaborate on solving real-world challenges through innovation and responsible practice.
ICEH 2026 goes beyond a traditional academic conference. It is a dynamic convergence of research, practice, and action where technical excellence meets
social responsibility. There will be an Islandwide Engineering Hackathon, the conference fosters cross-generational and cross-sector collaboration.
With thematic focus areas including humanitarian engineering, sustainable infrastructure, climate resilience, renewable energy systems, water and public health
solutions, digital innovation for social good, and engineering ethics, ICEH serves as a catalyst for transformative ideas and practical solutions.
Selected top research papers will be featured in exclusive Shotgun Presentation sessions before leading academia and industry experts, offering high-impact

Paper Publishing
The selected, leading papers of ICEH 2026 conference will be published by Springer Nature in an e-proceeding on Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering. The
email addresses of corresponding authors will be published in the chapters and be used by Springer to provide a personal My Springer account where authors can download a free copy of the eBook. All authors will be offered a 40% discount on any eBook or print book order from the web shop. Both the free eBook and the author discount will be activated on My Springer. All other accepted papers will be published in a special volume of proceedings with an international standard book number (ISSN).
- The Abstracts e-book will be made available on the day of the conference
- The ICSBE Proceedings will be published following each conference year
- The Springer nature edition of the ICEH will be published following each conference year

- Top 15 Research Papers Selected for Shotgun Presentations
- The top 15 highest-rated research submissions will be invited to deliver a Shotgun Presentation before a distinguished panel of academia and industry experts.
- Each selected author/team will present their work in a concise, high-impact format, gaining direct exposure, expert feedback, and valuable professional visibility.
